How long does shipping take?

Homely Co currently ships exclusively within the United States.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $50 USD qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under $50 USD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives your package.
Can I return a product?
Yes. We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify, the item must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Yes. We offer free returns for eligible unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Items that have been opened, used, damaged, altered, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
