Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@shophomelyco.com with your order number, full name, and reason for return. Return requests must be approved before the item is shipped back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, including final sale items, personalized products, used items, and items not in their original condition, are not eligible for return.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
