At Homely Co, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Undamaged
In its original packaging
In the same condition that you received it
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items that have been opened, used, damaged, altered, or returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Free Returns
We offer free returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a free return, the item must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
If the item does not meet these conditions, the return may be refused or the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Do not send your item back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@shophomelyco.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
