Homely Co currently ships exclusively within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, order volume, weather conditions, high order volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Orders of $50 USD and above qualify for free standard shipping.

For orders under $50 USD, a standard shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Homely Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shophomelyco.com.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control. However, if your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@shophomelyco.com and we will do our best to assist you.
